Too tired and cranky for a Spanish language paragraph at the moment. I know it’s bad practice, but nyeh. :blank:

Anyway, I’m up this early because I’m trying to add courses to my fall quarter, but people suck. I was able to waitlist myself for two out of four of the classes I want. Arg. I waitlisted for another course in a different time slot, but I’d rather not have it in that certain time slot. The math class I need to take is completely full with no chance of my getting waitlisted any time soon. :sayrawr:

Besides that, I had a pretty okay Labor Day weekend. My family took a road trip down to SoCal to see my sister because she got accepted in to med school at UCSD, so they have a ceremony for her (appropriately called the “White Coat Ceremony”). We spent the night at her place, which I must admit is pretty sweet for $750 a month. She shares a two bedroom apartment, but has her own spacious room with a small walk-in closet and her own bathroom. That’s so much more than I’d be able to get in my college town.

I realized that I get very cranky on long road trips and even crankier when spending time with my family because they seriously bug me. Sad to say it, but they do. My mother likes to jump to conclusions and will just do things for you, thinking that it’s okay when it probably isn’t. My dad… hmm. He doesn’t bug me too much. My brother is just a pain and says the most random and inappropriate things at certain times.

But enough ranting now. I just want to go back to bed.

Rawr.

Oh yes, before I go. For those of you who really love me, I’ve created a wishlist. Details are explained there. ^_^

I took some spanish lessons early this year, but I somehow lost the energy to keep learning. Now I’m teaching myself Swedish since last week.
I know that I really should kick myself to do Spanish again, because it’s definitely a much more important language…

:sayrawr: It really sucks when there’s little or no chance of you getting into the classes you want. Oh, hell, it always happens to me, so I understand how you feel. *pats back* :dead:

Oh, :saywow: about your sister’s place. Sounds awesome. Hey, don’t worry. Maybe you can be able to have a place like hers.

Long trips? I’ve gotten numb of them when I studied the first year of college about 8 hours away from home. Thankfully, my family doesn’t bug me much so that’s a relief. Sorry. Maybe you should take to them about some things so you can straighten things out. :sayaww:

    Take care!

Hey sorry about your classes o_0 I know how much of a pain that can be. I had to drop my minor b/c the class I needed was full and would not be available until the next term and since I wanted to finish graduating, I dedcided to stick only with my major. Congratulations on your sister getting into med school. Hey and whenever you need help with Spanish just let me know. Best of luck, thanks for the comment and so sorry for getting back to you so late.

I was 12th on the waiting list, and they actually offered the course to me, but I turned it down since I already started all of my courses. Pfftt.

I love long road trips, they’re really fun, even if I do nothing.
