Estoy celosa y no me gusta. Pero soy alegre para tí.

Week’s been okay. I swam twice this week and I must say, I enjoy it. It’s a wonderful break from all the thinking I have to do since I’m just trying to swim & stay afloat. I took a page test yesterday at the library and aced it. I would’ve missed one but luckily I checked my work & got a perfect. Now… I just need to get the job. :tongue:

I’ve been noticing lately that I don’t really have a good girl friend. I mean, I have good ones, yes, but not the kind that’ll go party with me or go crazy with me. I know these two girls from my floor and they’re always, if not usually, together and I envy that. The thing is though, for some stupid reason, I just don’t connect well & quickly with girls. It’s so much easier for me when I’m trying to be friends with a guy, but with a girl, it just feels so much more different.

Anyway, time for music reviews. Well, short ones anyway.
- Danity Kane: Fun music to dance to.
- Paris Hilton: Starts off hip-hop (for two songs), then pop. Very catchy.
- Cassie: A few good songs; loving the “Long Way 2 Go.”
- Joanna Pacitti: Amazing voice. Her single is a defiinte must have.

Oh, you’re so lucky! I wish I could go swimming too. Congratulations on getting a perfect on the test! :yummy: And good luck on finding some more girl friends!!

Hmm.. I am like you when I was in highschool. I have tons of guy friends but girl friends are not even half of them. I have 3, I think. And we’re not even close. Being friends with guys is much easier because they’re not judgmental like others. They accept you as you are without hate or insecurities. :biggrin: But thank God, life has changed on me now. I have some great girl friends in college. I hope you’ll find yours too! Really helpful when you needed them most. :yummy:

Well it’s sad that you don’t have someone you can really call a good close chick friend but that doesn’t mean you can’t make one. There’s plenty of people in this world and I’m sure someone would love to be your crazy best friend hehe.

Hmm… about having a girl friend who will go crazy with you. I’m not quite sure what connection then you’re talking about: is it having a good girl friend who you would really enjoy just hanging out with (i.e. go crazy :biggrin: ) or a really good girl friend whom you can talk to about like everything and anything? Or maybe both?

You know, I think it might be easier connecting to guys because guys tend to be ..well, less judgmental, to put it simply. You know how girls get all bitchy and find like the tiniest things to be annoying. Maybe that’s why. I’m not sure. Blahh.
Although I have to say, having a good balance of both guy & girl friends is important.

Okay I’m not sure what I was trying to get at in this comment but I hope you kind of understood me :dead:

Ooo, I wish I knew how to swim! Lol, but then again I’m kind of afraid of the water so I don’t know if I’d be able to take it. :dead: Good job on acing that test though! And yeah, it’s pretty hard to actually find a good friend that you can do everything with and depend on. I have good friends and all as well but when it all comes down to it, I really don’t know. Like I love them and all you know, but it takes a lot for someone to really attach themselves to you like that. Get what I mean? Lol, I don’t even know what I’m trying to say.
