More Pills? (0)

Seriously people, what is the obsession with diet pills? It’s stupid and crazy. But, seeing as how Americans are supposedly the most obese out of all the other countries, I guess that makes sense. Sure, more than half the other countries have nationwide starvation, but still. You figure a country with so much prosperity would try and be more fit.

Have you ever noticed that your doctor who tells you to eat right may not look like the healthiest person around? Yeah… think about that.

Diet Pills (0)

There are so many different diet pills from Alli to Fenphedra, it’s absurd! I say diet and exercise the right way folks! I have a little bit of weight that I’d like to get rid of and I know that the only proper way for me to get rid of it would be through a good diet and proper exercise. I’ll admit I looked at Alli when it first came out, but the way that it worked kind of grossed me out. I always hate the side effects of things like this.

Now, I know that this doesn’t necessarily apply to me, but I know and have friends who need to shop for plus size lingerie. I have to say, it’s tough out there! Victoria’s Secret doesn’t carry bra nor panty sizes that large in the stores and I can understand how painful it is. Considering the fact that I work in a retail store, I feel awful when plus size women come in because I know that we don’t have clothes to fit them.

If you’re looking for home merchandise, head on over to directbuy. There, with a small fee, you can get a look at all the wonderful merchandise. The membership fee allows you to buy the merchandise at the manufacturer’s price, not the retail price, so you end up saving quite a bundle. I personally don’t have a reason to stop by that page, but perhaps you’re in the market to shop for these things, so check it out!

There are so many different things out there now about the web. I remember when I first started with web designing. I have to admit that I was a pretty bad designer. On the list of what not to do as a designer, I did them all. In my defense, I was young when I started and I never really had a good role model or example to look up to. I did everything that was wrong: marquees, flashing font, obnoxious backgrounds, alternating CAPS; it was bad.

Luckily, throughout the years, I learned. With every new project, every new design, I learned something new. It usually wasn’t a lot since when I started, I stayed within the same pattern. When I first decided to get my own web hosting, I began to learn a lot more about designing than before. I picked up on proper syntax and coding and finally got around to validating my web pages. I actually paid attention to cross-browser compatibility issues and stayed within the same colors when designing.

It’s been a long journey for me and I know that there’s a lot more for me to learn.
