Ever since watching Office Space, I’ve wanted my own red Swingline stapler. Now most places that will sell office supplies will sell Swingline staplers, but not the iconic red one. ThinkGeek.com does have some available; I’m just still debating on whether or not I want to spend the money for it. In fact, I should probably start saving my money for Vegas and the fact that I just spent money on a new laptop…

I recently visited my sister down in San Diego and I was so jealous of her apartment/townhouse. She was paying for something ridiculously nice compared to what I have to search here in Berkeley. I’ve been looking for a new room to stay in lately and I don’t even want to come close to looking for something like a condo hotel. It would be way too expensive, especially here.
I always hate having to groom myself from shaving to plucking to maintaining everything that makes me look “pretty.” Sure, owning some Rubis tools would definitely help with some of the processes, but it’s still such a hassle! What’s worse is that when something is off, I’ll just keep focusing on that particular “mistake” until it’s fixed. For example, if I have a rough fingernail, I won’t forget about it until it’s smooth again.
Now if you read a few obscure posts of mine, you may have realized that I am afraid to get a car after I graduate. Why? Because I don’t want to have to pay for insurance or gas, especially the gas deal. Sure, I can check out different online car insurance quotes to find the best deal, but really, how do you go about finding the best gas deal? I hope that in two years, it will be better. I hope.

This is the first “vacation” I’ve had in a while. I’m usually around my apartment or my parents’ home, but for this week, I’m here in San Diego just chilling out. No, no cruises or tours or anything that involves a whole lot of money or traveling; just in the city doing things that I probably could have done elsewhere… except go to a really good beach.
