About a few weeks ago, I posted about a Diamond Stud Earrings Giveaway. I mentioned that there will be a poll, which I’m not too in favor of, but there is a poll nonetheless.

Now, lucky for me, I submitted quite early, so my name, “Boscardin” is right near the top on the left-hand side. The poll will make you write a short thing about why you’re voting for the person you chose, but I don’t think it’s all that important; they just want to make sure that no one’s cheating probably.

The poll results are private, so I have no idea where I stand right now in that long list of contestants. All I have to do is hope that I win!

GoldSmith Jewelry is hosting a giveaway! They are giving away a pair of diamond stud earrings that are worth about $1500! Isn’t that amazing? They are hosting this as a way to create some traffic and publicity for their site. I don’t blame them for trying to go through the bloggers! I’m surprised that they’re not going through one of the blogging advertising sites to get the publicity, but maybe this will reach a much larger audience in the blogosphere.

Anyway, the contest entry time ends on February 4. The polls will open on February 5 and the winner will be chosen by a poll. So basically, it’s a popularity contest. I don’t even know why I’m bothering to apply for this considering my current audience. I’m not hitting a large amount of people so I honestly don’t think I’m that popular of a person. But if I don’t enter, I’ll lessen my chances of winning, right? Wish me luck!
