This tutorial will help you create a dreamy effect on your pictures.

Here is the image I’ll be using:

Let’s Get Started!

1. Blur your image. Go to “Filter » Blur » Gaussian Blur”

3. Choose your radius. The higher the number, the more blur you’ll create.

4. IMMEDIATELY after blurring your picture, fade the blur. Go to “Edit » Fade Gaussian Blur”

5. Adjust your percent, depending on how blurry you want to keep the final image.
